Description
Dear fiware-lab-help team,
We have some problems with the servers at the FIWARE Cloud, we can't connect
with the servers. We are using the following IPs: 194.177.207.116 and
194.177.207.74
Please, can you fix the problem or tell us what to do?
Best Regards,
Hara Koutalou

Dear Hara,
can you please de-associate and re-associate the floating ip. If this does
not work detach the router-gateway from the external network and from you
subnet and delete it. Then recreate it and reattach the interfaces. If this
won't work either let us know and also provide the name of the router you
created.
Best Regards,
Ioannis Igoumenos
