          Description

          Hi FIWARE Lab,

          Our community account : etoele

          I cannot access to my VMs anymore, The floating IP attached to the front
          server on our environment is not answering to ping /ssh. I tried spawning
          another fresh server for testing but spawning fails. Is there any current
          issue with the *Spain2 node *?

          Another point, I would like to retreive the server configuration and
          contents before our account expires (July). is there any way to download
          snapshots in qcow2 format ?

            I need that you specify me the id of the instance, the security group that you had and your tenant id in order to check and restore the access to your instance.
