        Good morning
Your VMs have obtained the private IP. Now you can associate the public one. Tell me if you need anything else.

        Hi Fernando,

        The Tenant ID is 18767cac1c504241a831511bedbb06a0
        The instances with ID 770fa18e-c9c0-4205-b82e-42bcbcdc5a84,
        3e50c23c-d9c6-4ed9-9c35-dc8ca6c5facf, and 1ccde70b-4d66-4a4e-8f67-213a7047a38d
should be under the "rev_proxy" security group; the instance
        0de3c69d-73a7-4bac-a87b-de313741f727 under the group "cardiocloud".

Also, why have the instances lost their IPs? As far as I'm aware, I haven't
        changed any configuration recently.

        Kind regards,
        Carlos Carreiras

        Dear Carlos,

I need the security groups of your instances besides to the tenant id of your user. To check them, anyway if the instances have lost the floating IPs it is something that you might do through the FIWARE Cloud Portal associating again them.
