Description
Hello,
Today I was trying to send some HTTP requests to my Fiware instance, and
all the requests were timing out. So, I tried to connect with my instance
via SSH and again, the connection failed. Then I logged on to my Fiware Lab
account and noticed that my public IP was deallocated from my Fiware
instance and I'm unable to reallocate it.
When I try to reallocate the IP, the following message error is displayed
in the screen:
"You exceeded the limit of Floating IPs"
I have only ONE floating IP and a Fiware Comunnity Account
What caused this problem?? And which is the solution for it?
Thank you!
Best regards.

Dear,
You probably have 1 public IP because default quotas (https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account ) has been applied when you requested you community account upgrade.
In order to modify the quotas you should follow a validation process:
1) In this page http://help.lab.fiware.org click on "Community Account upgrade".
2) Submit the form specifying you already have a community account in Spain2 and specifying also the motivation why you need a resources upgrade.
Best,
Daniele
