      Description

      Good morning,

We are experiencing some issues with our machines in the Spain2 node. We
cannot access them and, when checking the instances page in Fiware lab, we
can see that no IP address (neither public nor private) are assigned to our
      instances.

Could you please let us know which is the problem?

      Best regards

        Hi,

We have been able to attach an IP address to the instance, but we are still
not able to access it using SSH. Could you please check it?

We have tried a tracert and it doesn't reach the machine...
