Good afternoon,
Our tenant ID is c8e8ad84-ca0e-40ee-8174-14c374fb3308, the account email is
paulofonseca@getfindster.com and our region is Spain 2.
Our VM (FindsterVM) just disappeared from the FIWARE portal, some minutes
after it returned to the list on the FIWARE portal but it is not working
and we are not able to make the boot.
Do you know what is happening and how we can solve this problem?

I cannot see any VMs in your user. Could you check it? Could you specify to me the IDs of your VMs?
