      Description

      Hello,

      I need to activate my Fiware Lab portal account Email adress , i didn't
      receive any ack since my account sign up last week. When completing the
      forgot password procedure, i 've got following message :

      *Error:*The email address you have specified is registered but not
      activated. Please check your email for the activation link or request a
      new one. If your problem persits, please contact
      fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Hello Marco, Alvaro,

        It seemed the activate link attached to my E-mail was no longer valid, I could fix this issue by resending confirmation instructions to my Email account then i could receive a valid activation link into an E-mail.

        So you can close this ticket now.
