Hello,

I am following this guide http://fiware-cosmos.readthedocs.io/en/develop/quick_start_guide/index.html to Create a Cosmos account and I am already a registered user in FIWARE Lab.

The guide says I should browse to http://cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org/ in order to create a Cosmos account which is not accessible. Then I was informed that I should use https://cosmos.lab.fiware.org

Then I used the correct URL and authorized Cosmos. After a while I got this error:

There was some error when adding information in the database for user burak.karaboga1

When I try to connect to the head node through ssh, I get “access denied”.

I tried to connect to both hosts (cosbos.lab.fi-ware.org and cosmos.lab.fiware.org) with username burak.karaboga and the password I set for Cosmos. I always get access denied.

Can you please assist us in solving this problem?
