Philipp Slusallek added a comment - 25/Apr/16 6:53 PM Dear Tanja, Besides the generic enablers in FIWARE (see the catalog on FIWARE.org), there is a specific chapter on Web-based UI (WebUI) that focuses mostly on interactive 3D in the browser and related technology. I am leading this chapter and DFKI has been doing many projects also in the media context on top of these technologies/enablers. An interesting example is the Eu "Dreamspace" project, which we will show at FMX in Stuttgart tomorrow (in case someone from you is there, we could meet there in person). Also a good number of SMEs (quite a few with a media background) have used the enablers as part of the FIWARE accelerator projects. Furthermore, there is the Streaming/Kurento enabler in the FIWARE Data chapter that might be of specific interest. Other generic enablers might be of interest for general support of media applications. There also was a separate Eu project "FIWARE Media & Content" or ( http://mediafi.org ), that has specifically targeted media and content, where you also find a link in the FIWARE catalog (right side in grey).
