      Description

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      In the near furture we will have to register multiple FIWARE accounts. We
      have noticed time and time again that when we register an account we do not
      receive a confirmation e-mail. This is a great obstable and we would like
      FIWARE to look into this problem.

      We have registered multiple accounts for a single user and for every
      registration no confirmation e-mail was sent. We registered accounts with
      the following usernames:

      Could you please activate one (preferably the first) account so that the
      user receives a confirmation e-mail? His e-mail address is:

      We would like to know why the confirmation e-mails are constantly not being
      sent. Once FIWARE has looked into the matter, please let us know what the
      problem is.

        I see the user is correctly register but, as you say, it is not activated. Please, use the option "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" in https://account.lab.fiware.org/

        If the error persists, I will activate it manually.

        We have tried the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? A few times and it didn't work, please activate manually.

        Dear Sir,

        As I stated in my previous e-mail, how can we prevent the registration
        process from failing in the future?
        What are we doing wrong that causes no confirmation e-mails to be sent to
        the users we register?
        Please let us know so we can take this into account in the future,
        otherwise we have to constantly contact FIWARE to manually activate the
        accounts.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        It appears that some users we have registered have received an e-mail with
        a dead link (see attached screenshots). Please fix this asap.
        We have also just registered a user with the following credentials:
        ItudeMobileTestCustomer (username) & babbler+itudetestcustomer@itude.com
        (e-mail).
        We have not received a verification e-mail. Please let us know what we are
        doing wrong or fix this asap. We would like to not have to continuously
        contact the service desk for account registration related issues.

        I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce the error. Everything seems to be ok in the mail server and I don't see any problem with your account verification mail. Please, check the spam folder. If the error persists I will manually enable it.

        We have found an issue with the confirmation link in some mail clients. It is now fixed.
