Description
Dear Sir/Madam,
In the near furture we will have to register multiple FIWARE accounts. We
have noticed time and time again that when we register an account we do not
receive a confirmation e-mail. This is a great obstable and we would like
FIWARE to look into this problem.
We have registered multiple accounts for a single user and for every
registration no confirmation e-mail was sent. We registered accounts with
the following usernames:
Could you please activate one (preferably the first) account so that the
user receives a confirmation e-mail? His e-mail address is:
We would like to know why the confirmation e-mails are constantly not being
sent. Once FIWARE has looked into the matter, please let us know what the
problem is.
We have found an issue with the confirmation link in some mail clients. It is now fixed.
