Hello,
I am sending on behalf of FRACTALS accelerator project.
I am working as a tech mentor.
I would like to report the next issue reported by one of our beneficiaries:
“
We have accessibility problem to our FI-Lab cloud's resources. We could not connect to it neither with http nor ssh. We have checked the status/state of that instance and it was active/running. However, we tried to reboot the instance, but since that moment the status/state it is reboot/running.
Besides that, when we enter into cloud of FI-Lab, it is appeared the
message:
Dear User,
By clicking the “I accept” link below, you declare to accept the new defined policies. Otherwise, you can still work with your account but note that it will be removed by the defined deadline and the FIWARE Lab providers will not be responsible for creating a copy of the data you stored on the FIWARE Lab.
I Accept
Thanks
We have tried to click the "I accept" link, but it doesn't seem to work.
Could you help us to solve these problems.
Our account information is: name: oobsoftwarecy email: oobsoftwarecy@oobsoftwarecy.com
Instance information:
project: oobsoftwarecy cloud
cloud node: Spain2
cloud instance : optimist-orion
"
It could be great if you can provide support on that.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards,
