Hello,
I just had an account upgrade as a community user to create a few VMs, thank you for this
My cloud instance is attached to the Sophia-Antipolis node but it is very slow today, and we can't work at all. Is there any known problem?
One of my colleague is using the Seville node and it works better (in terms of performance), but his account is too limited to be able to do what we want.
What we intend to do is having at least three instances with public IPs (one for Orion, one for SpagoBI, one for CKAN) that would be easily replicable. The optimum configuration would be having about 10 VMs sufficiently sized for good performances with data flows and remote access.
The use case behind this is connecting city sensors and data to a data marketplace, though Fiware enablers and our own developments. We wish to demonstrate that to organizations (prospects and customers) that could be interested in using the Fiware framework.
So we have a few questions:
- is it easy for you to create additional resources whenever we ask for them?
- could you provide us with a technical contact who we could talk with?
