      Description

      Dear friends from FIWARE,

      My instance appears listed as ACTIVE in FILAB Web interface.

      My instance has been reachable in the past, but since a couple of hours ago
      I can't connect to it via SSH.

      I kindly ask you for guidance on the steps to follow in order to get my
      instance reachable again.

      Regards.

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Dear Sergio,
        if you are using the Spain node, I inform you that the Spain support team has detected a fiber cut in one of the data centers. They are working to solve the problem.
        I've just forwarded your request to the Spain support: they'll inform you when the problem will be solved.

        Thanks for your fast response.

        Next week we will be performing demos with real end-users in Bilbao (Spain).

        I understand that FIWARE resources are provided for free and support is
        excellent. But is there any way to ensure proper behaviour of my FIWARE
        instance during next week?
