          Description

          Hi FIWARE ,
          I registered to your platform some days ago and I tried to create a simple
          default Virtual Machine for try some Product, but I had some problems.

          I used "Cloud" tab in my dashboard and I read in this link :
          http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account

          For FIWARE Accelerator Programme, Users can apply through the help page (
          http://help.lab.fi-ware.org) clicking on the “Request Community Account
          upgrade” button, as displayed below..

          This page http://help.lab.fi-ware.org is always down.

          The error is "Error establishing a database connection".

          Is it possible to partecipate to FIWARE Accelerator Programme?

          How can I do this?

            If you need to try the platform just login on the "Cloud portal" using your credentials (Account just created). You have limited resources for a limited time with your trial account.

            If you want to apply for a community account, in addition to the link which is currently not working, you can submit the form available on this page: https://account.lab.fiware.org clicking on the button "Request Community Account upgrade"
