          Description

          Please, I don't want to receive more emails about Fiware, please, cancel my
          account and unsubscribe my email of your newsletter.

          Regards.

          Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
          Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

            Dear David,
            in order to remove your account you can follow these steps:
            1. Log on FIWARE Lab user <https://account.lab.fiware.org>
            2. Click on the dropdown menu next to your user name (upper right corner)
            3. Select "Settings"
            4. Click on "Cancel account" and confirm.

            I have trayed it, but it seems to be that my email is not in your database.
            It appear me this message:
            *Error: *Sorry. You have specified an email address that is not registered
            to any our our user accounts. If your problem persits, please contact:

            Yes, sure. I think I used this email account because I receive the Fiware

            in FIWARE Lab doesn't exist any account registered with the email "david.sarrias@gmail.com".

            What is the sender of those news letters?

            As your account doesn't exist you should not receive messages from FIWARE Lab notifications systems anymore.

            Please, if you receive new messages don't hesitate to contact us again.
