      Description

      Category: Cloud
      Region: Spain2
      Instance Name: arispoitest
      Image: Ubuntu 14.04
      My Issue: https://jira.fiware.org/browse/WEB-798

Cannot connect to https port 443

      Hi,

I am the product owner of FIWARE POI DP GE that I am currently
      developing.
I try to test installing https protocol support to my POI DP GE. It
seems that I can successfully install the secure server stuff but
it cannot accessed from the web. Is there some firewall or something
prohibiting port 443 accesses. My FIWARE Lab instance at Spain2 is
arispoitest, internal IP 192.168.224.245, external IP 130.206.118.85.
      Or, what to check next?

      Best Regards
      Ari Okkonen

        Dear Ari,
have you set a rule in the Security Group to permit the access to the port 443?

        Best regards

There are no Security rules allowing tcp traffic on port 443.

A rule to the used security group in Security -> Security Groups to open the port 443 added. Https protocol communication seems to work now. Thank you!
