Hi,
I just started collaborating with the team of SYP, an accelerator program member. I created an account on account.lab.fiware.org <http://account.lab.fiware.org/> and my colleague has already added my account to the “syp” organization. So far it seems I have access to an “ecausarano cloud” organization. I’m quickly browsing the platform and am still new to this infrastructure, but I was expecting to be able to switch to a “syp” project on https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/#nova <https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/#nova> to see what VMs have been deployed already. So far I seem to only be able to access “ecausarano cloud”.
Am I missing something in my configuration or do I need to apply for a regular account before being able to access the resources of “syp”? Other question: will my login be still valid in 14 days or do I need to upgrade to regular user?

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.

Hi,
well that's the problem: in the fiware lab page (the one with the Identity
Manager tab) I switched to syp but I still only see my "ecausarano cloud"
in the cloud dashboard.

Hello,
the "ecausarano cloud" is the project related to your trial account. This means that the cloud resources of that project are allocated for your own usage and for the duration of 14 days (as trial account).
If you are a member of the SYP project you should be able to switch - as you mentioned - to that project and the related cloud resources. There is a control panel on the top right, click and that and than "Switch Session". The resources of the SYP project are not related to your account, so there will not be any problems when your trial account expires, you can continue to use those resources.
