Dear FIWARE coach,
we contact you given that we received from a CreatiFI applicant a support
request about Kurento GE we are not able to solve.
Given that the applicant sent us sensitive data, could you contact us (
amaestrini@create-net.org) in order to keep protect the data? Or please let
us know if you need direct contact with the submitter.

Hello,
I'm having an issue where i get black screens from the video stream on an app,
since numb service was working for us, i decided to apply the same solution to another app
inside kurento-utils.js i added into the object something like this: ...
In the first place do not change kurento-utils.js file. You can set the IceServers object using parameters, as explained in http://doc-kurento.readthedocs.org/en/stable/mastering/kurento_utils_js.html
You'll also need to configure STUN and/or TURN in KMS. Instructions about how this is done are available at: http://doc-kurento.readthedocs.org/en/stable/installation_guide.html#stun-and-turn-servers. Notice TURN username should not contain special character @ as this is a reserved char and could cause problem at URL parsing phase. So I'll recommend to remove char ‘@‘ from the username.
