          Description

          Dear,

          concerning acceleration programme and open calls, I have seen that the
          second calls are now closed. I would like to ask when you are planning to
          publish new calls?
          Is there a draft calendar until 2020?

            Thanks for your interest in FIWARE.

            Answering to your question about new open calls, the acceleration programme was set up by the European Commission and it opened a call for proposals that ended up awarding funding to a series of projects (the so-called "accelerators") that already selected innovative proposals from SMEs and entrepreneurs for more information please see http://www.fiware.org/fiware-accelerator-programme/ or event you can check http://www.fiware.org/accelerators/
            I am not aware of an extension of any of these (this should be decided and done by the EC, anyway). The accelerators have already closed their calls and already the SMEs are really getting ready to start working with FIWARE. I’m not sure if they will open a second round, I’m afraid not.
