      Description

      Hello,

      I am trying to access the KeyRock image on the FIWARE cloud portal. Today when I access the portal, and click on 'Images', the list is empty. The other day it was full of a variety of images, but it was missing the KeyRock image. I had assumed KeyRock was missing because you were updating this image as the version 5.1 had just been released. Now I am stuck. Would you be able to assist me with this?

        Getting the same symptom as before – the server ‘disappeared’ along with the floating IP’s and the security group.

        Friday, March 4, we have already released a floatingIP to the user beside the identity verification.

        User: fiware4web
        E-mail: fiware@4web.si
        Cloud project ID: 12e96f097da84a5ab5097ffa5939b483

        and the IP is already associated to an instance.

        In case the project is not the same, but seems it is the same 4web.si,
        On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card/passport of the main user or responsible of the project.
        Please contact us at: support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it to step forward with the procedure.

        "When I create a new instance from an image on the Cloud page, I need to allocate a ‘floating IP’ so that I can access the instance via SSH. However, when I go to the ‘Security / Floating IPs’ page and click ‘Allocate IP to Project’, I can click on any of the 3 ‘pools’ listed, but the page indicates that there are ‘0 Available’ floating IP’s for that pool, and if I press ‘Allocate IP’ anyway, I get the error “{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}”."

        Hello again BR,

        In a related issue, when I create a new instance from an image on the Cloud page, I need to allocate a ‘floating IP’ so that I can access the instance via SSH. However, when I go to the ‘Security / Floating IPs’ page and click ‘Allocate IP to Project’, I can click on any of the 3 ‘pools’ listed, but the page indicates that there are ‘0 Available’ floating IP’s for that pool, and if I press ‘Allocate IP’ anyway, I get the error “{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}”.

        Could you help address this also?

        I am trying to access the KeyRock image on the FIWARE cloud portal. Today when I access the portal, and click on 'Images', the list is empty. The other day it was full of a variety of images, but it was missing the KeyRock image.         Hi,

        I’m working with 4web.si, and we’re using the ‘Trento’ region.

        As of this morning, I see a number of Images again, but still there is no KeyRock image listed.

        Could you let me know if a KeyRock image will be listed, and if so, provide an estimated date when this should be done?
