In a related issue, when I create a new instance from an image on the Cloud page, I need to allocate a ‘floating IP’ so that I can access the instance via SSH. However, when I go to the ‘Security / Floating IPs’ page and click ‘Allocate IP to Project’, I can click on any of the 3 ‘pools’ listed, but the page indicates that there are ‘0 Available’ floating IP’s for that pool, and if I press ‘Allocate IP’ anyway, I get the error “{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}”.
Could you help address this also?

Hello,
I am trying to access the KeyRock image on the FIWARE cloud portal. Today when I access the portal, and click on 'Images', the list is empty. The other day it was full of a variety of images, but it was missing the KeyRock image. I had assumed KeyRock was missing because you were updating this image as the version 5.1 had just been released. Now I am stuck. Would you be able to assist me with this?
