Description
Dear Sirs,
We've been unable to connect to one of our VPS instances on your cloud
using the VM display feature. It either returns a "Failed to connect to
server (code: 1006)" or the terminal shows up but does not receive any
keystrokes. We cannot connect through an ssh client since we don't have
a public IP for that server - we need it for another server.
The server in question is running an Orion Object Broker template
instance R4.4.
Can you help?
