      Dear coachers

      We have just received the following query from PAYS project in FRACTALS

      As PireousN node is being discontinuated on 29.th<http://29.th> of February we are concerned about our resources in the FIWARE Lab. I have filled out the form for transfer to the Budapest node, as our Object Storage GE is there. Project is coming to the end and we would like the transfare to go as fast and painless as possible to enable us to complete the project on time
      Could we have an status on the process to transfer to the new node?
      I have added the PAYS contact emails in CC

          Thanks and glad to hear from you. We are putting the finishing touches on
          the project and generating the necessary report, so we would appreciate the
          info on the exact time frame of the migration, at which time we can expect
          the outage of service from FIWARE Lab (if any).

          • the time frame agreed with PiraeusN node about the migration of the user resources.
          • the time frame in which the user can expect the outage of FIWARE service during the migration process.
            The ticket has a blocker priority, so please give a response as soon as.

          Hi Aleksander,

          Here is an update from the Budapest Node Team:

          "The migration is scheduled to Monday morning. One of my colleagues prepared a script to do it as painless as possible. After the migration is finished you will reach your VMs at Budapest node."

          Dear All,

          I have just checked that we cannot access the management plane of PiraeusN at the moment. According to email conversations, PiraeusN will fully take care of the migration. To make it sure I have already send a mail to them. From tech point of view, they can simple upload the vm images to our region. We are expecting that the uploads will be done by Monday and then we can help users to restart their environments.

          Hello Burak,

          We are still waiting for PiraeusN. They are responsible for saving the images and transfer them to Budapest. As far as I know the process was a bit delayed, because of technical difficulties. However, PiraeusN try to do everthing to close this issue this week. To try to move it forward I will send a mail to them again now.

          Aleksandar's team is having problems with using the FIWARE services. Can you please assist us in this? Please see Aleksandar's message below:

          We haveNew urgent issue on the Budapest2 node.
          Image creation does not work. More then 45 minuts image is in pending
          status when uploaded(see the attachment).
