Description
We Cannot connect to the Mexican Node with public IP. It seems That the public IP adress and privatre IP of Virtual Machine on the Node are not connected.
I have an enabler running (Cepheus) and a database that i did not backup. I would like to know if any manual backup can be done if we cant anymore acess to the VM's by Public IP.
Maybe the Mexico node is down temporarly but it has been 5 days so i am getting worried.
