      Description

      Hi,

      an applicant is trying to use the Filab instance of Content Optimization
      SE, as the SE owner has recommended.

      However, it seems to be down. It should be in this address:
      http://195.220.224.14:4444/

          "we have found out that the service is not still working as expected. It seems to be a configuration problem."
          I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

          please wait! We have tested it internally in the meantime and we have found out that it is still not working as expected.

          Hi,
          I have checked the instance and found out that the container was no longer running.
          I have restarted it and the service should be running again.
          Please let me know if it works for you so that I can close the ticket.

          we've just verified that the issue is not related to the cloud infrastructure: the VM is up and running, but the port 4444 is not open.
          I've forwarded the issue to the Content Optimization SE responsible, in order to restore the service that is currently down.

          Dear Marc and Marco,

          We have checked the instance. We checked also the port 4444 is not open. But the instance is up and running and responding to the ssh connection on port 22.. It is a problem related to the service itself of the SE and not to the cloud of Lannion. The user should either restart the instance, or restart the service by connecting to its instance through ssh, or maybe contact a responsible support for the SE.

          it seems that this instance, hosted on Lannion node, is unreachable.
          Please, check the status of the VM and provide a response to the user.
          If the problem doesn't depend on you, I suggest to forward the ticket to Heike Horstmann, the owner of Content Optimization SE .
