I've just forwarded your request to the Trento node support team, in order to get a public IP.
About your issue on Spain2 region, you have to send a new email (please do not reply to this one) to fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org : in this way you'll automatically open a new ticket on our trouble ticketing system and we'll be able to forward your request to the Spain support.
Please, in your new message, provide again the used region (Spain2) and the tenant ID, and give us more information about the problem that you are experiencing.

On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card/passport of the main user or responsible of the project. Please contact us at: support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it to step forward with the procedure.

Without the copy of the ID document your request can't be processed
