      Description

      Hi,

I have a community account with my ATOS email address.

Then I added my colleague Juan (who created a new basic account with user name JuanSancho) o the cloud organization with my name. I can see his user name the list of members for the cloud, but he still gets a message about not being authorized for the cloud resources. i.e. see the attached screenshot.

Could you kindly tell me if I am not making a mistake when adding JuanSancho to the cloud organization, or if there is a sytem wide issue with IDM, etc?

      Thanks & kind regards,

      ilknur
