      Hello Fiware support!

      I completed this:

Install PuTTY and PuTTYgen from Putty website.
Locate the keypair asocciate to this Instance when launching it.
      my_keypair.pem

Convert your Keypair (.pem) to PPK with PuTTYgen.
Use PuTTY to connect to the Instance using its public IP (130.206.127.141) and the new PPK Keypair.

        Hello,
Using the keypair you don't need the password to login into your VM. Instead the user does depend on the image. Usually cloud images have default username, for instance ubuntu images username is "ubuntu", for CentOS is usually "cloud-user". Anyway if you try to login with "root" username, you will receive a warning that suggests you the right username to use.

NOTE: you have to open ssh port (and others if needed) going into the "Security Group" section.

        Regards,
        Giuseppe

        Dear Giuseppe,

        The problem is not solved.

        1. I set a keypair the server
        Name: syncee nodeJS
        ID: 0c5326d2-01a9-4b49-bd19-c5c6871c4d6a
        Status: ACTIVE
        Key name: synceekey
        Image Name: base_ubuntu_14.04
        region: Spain2

        2. I set the Security Group Rules on the server and I allow the 22,80 ports.

        3. I set the security keypair in Putty. I connect to the server SSH (synceekey.pem convert to fiware_private_key.ppk)
When I connect to the server it needs username and password.

What is the username and password?
        base_ubuntu_14.04

        Best Regards
        Peter

        Hi,
There could be issues with metadata injection on VM and/or the image.
I've forwarded your request to the Spain node team.

        Regards,
        Giuseppe

        Hi
You can have some information about how to access to your VM in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23345226/accesing-to-a-vm-on-fi-lab.

As you can see you cannot access to your VM by using password. You use your keypair for that. About the user name it depends with base image you are using. Anyway, if you use root, you will have printed the user to use.
Please, you can tell me what your problems exactly are, and I can check it
        Regards,
        Henar
