      Description

      Hi,
      I recently deleted my account on FIWARE, but still receiving e-mails from
      you. Could you stop sending e-mails to me?

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Hi,
        Sorry, my fault. It's no-reply@account.lab.fiware.org. Today I got again
        two e-mails from it. At the end of each email there is information to
        delete account if I don't want to receive e-mails but it didn't work.

        Hi,

        currently your account is activated. If you want to cancel it you have to follow the instructions:

        • Log on FIWARE Lab user
        • Click on the dropdown menu next to your user name (upper right corner)
        • Select "Settings"
        • Click on "Cancel account" and confirm.

        I've just checked and the cancelation process works as expected. Please, make sure you are following the steps correctly.

        Hi,
        The problem is that I already cancelled my account with "Cancel account"
        option. And now after I've done it, I am unable to login anymore to my
        account, so I can't follow your instructions. When I try to login, I only
        get message "Session expired", which seems strange, but at the beginning I
        thought it should look that way. I also discussed this with my friend, who
        has the same problem.
        I would be satisfied if you cancel / delete my account manually.
