Thanks for replying.
I would need to access alphanumerical data that is associated to a
geospatial data (let's say a layer of a shapefile). I would like to access
it by geographic coordinates (it is my query).
I need to use these data in Cosmos and SpagoBI. I need to understand how to
do this connection, if it makes sense.

Query type which you described does make sense and there are multiple ways to do that. However I hadn't ever even heard of SpagoBI or Cosmos before, so I don't know if returned data can be used directly with those.
