Description
Hello,
Im a student of Polytechnic University of Marche, and im doing some
researches for my thesis about FiWare and the benefit that this platform
can give. I'm having a problem to increase the first Vm ( i just have an
comunity account on Trento's node)machine because i don't have the
possibility to have a floating Ip ( {"computeFault": {"message": "The
server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested
operation.", "code": 500}} ), can u help me for that question.
thank's a lot.
Kliti

Dear,
If you requested it, when upgrading to community user your account, you should have the possibility to allocate a Floating IP form the “Security” menu on the left.
Let me forward your request to the Trento node support. They will give you more information on this issue.
Best,
Daniele
