          Description

          To whom it may concern,

          I have problems with the floating IP 130.206.122.124

          I have no response when I ping it. Accessing the associated instance through ssh does not work neither.

          Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
          Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

            Dear Pol,

            Sorry but your email doesn't belong to a valid user in FIWARE Lab and I can't identify you with the information you've provided. Anyway I've checked the IP you refer to and there doesn't seem to be any problem with that.

            I am from the Shapeat team, the account is under the following email address: kglossmann@growthobjects.com

            I am unable to access the VM associated with this public IP: 130.206.122.124

            When I ping the server this is what I am getting:
            MacBook-Pro-2:Shapeat PolGuixe$ ping 130.206.122.124
            PING 130.206.122.124 (130.206.122.124): 56 data bytes
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 4
            Request timeout for icmp_seq 5
            ^C
            — 130.206.122.124 ping statistics —
            7 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss

            Obviously trying to ssh to the server also times out.

            Do you have any problems to ping this IP?
