        Dear Jorge,
you should check the used security group, adding, if needed, a security rule for TCP port 22 so that you can reach the VM via SSH. To enable ping, add a rule for ICMP protocol (value 0 in Type and Code fields, CIDR 0.0.0.0/0).
You can find more information about how to access via ssh at http://www.slideshare.net/flopezaguilar/setting-up-your-virtual-infrastructure-using-fi-lab-cloud-32388357 .
Please, if the problem persist, let us know which region you are using (in order to forward the request to the correct support team) and provide to us more details about the issue.

        Best regards
        Marco

I have no problem connecting your servers in port 22, 80, and 8080 nor pinging your host.

        Regards,
        Jose Ignacio.

Oh that one, the default network is: node-int-noinet-net-02 (IP=192.168.129.60) which doesn't have an internet connection (it is not intended to have it). I'd suggest to delete the VM and create a new one without network node-int-noinet-net-02

        Regards,
        José Ignacio.
