          Description

          Hello,

          I am sending you on behalf of FRACTALS project.
          I am a tech mentor providing support to the beneficiaries of FRACTALS accelerator.

          We have received a request related to fiware lab which is the following:

          > i would like to have an extra ip adress in order to have access into the both instances that i have already created.
          > The instances are: orionContextBroker
          > and: CEP
          > Right now i have access only to one instance.

          It could be great if you can forward this request and/or proceed with it.
          It could be also useful if I can have an acknowledgment whenever it is done.

            Dear Dimitris,
            you can find information at http://joseignaciocarretero.blogspot.com.es/2014/09/fiware-lab-only-one-single-ip-per-user.html about how to access to several VMs with just one IP.
            If that information doesn't solve the problem, we need to know:

            • the user's project ID (he can find it selecting his project name and looking at the info bar)
            • which region he is using, in order to forward the request to the correct support team.
