FIWARE.Request.Lab.Berlin.Berlin node/VM's shut down.

          Description

          Hi all,

          Our VM's have been shut down for some time in Berlin and we cannot bring them to boot up again? What is the issue here and how can we get our platform back online?

          Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
          Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

            Dear Yasir,
            the Berlin node discontinued operation by the end of September (last month). Due to this fact, Berlin node is only supporting migration of instances to other nodes.
            All FIWARE users on that node were notified about this change.
            Maybe you didn't reply to any of those notifications.
            Anyway I've just forwarded your request to the Berlin support team.

            Dear FIWARE Lab user,

            the issue is that you didn't replied to any of multiple notifications.

            The last reminder was send on the 7th October:

            _Dear FIWARE Lab community user,

            This is the last reminder to backup and migrate remaining instances running on the Berlin2 region.
            The Berlin node team will stop all instances in ACTIVE state on the 16th October.

            By the end of October all associated resources will be deleted from the tenants.

            Please contact us NOW if you need support.
            Thanks for you cooperation,

            Berlin support team

            At least two more notifications has been send before.

            Please let us know why you didn't reply to the notifications.

            For now, we took a snapshot of all your VMs. You can find those in your image directory by the names:

            • migration-00000000000000000000000000008781-CTRABIXBOX01
            • migration-00000000000000000000000000008781-CTRABIXBOX02
            • migration-00000000000000000000000000008781-CTRASMALLBOX

            Please download those images as soon as possible. After that you can upload the images to your new region.
