      Description

      Dear Sirs,

      Our VPS disappeared, with all our data and development, all of a sudden,
      and our account also lost its privileges.

      We were using this address: http://130.206.115.162

      Please advise.

          Dear Jorge,
          unfortunately even today you might experience further service outages on the Spanish node. You should have received the following notice by email yesterday afternoon:
          "_The Spanish node (Spain2) follows under maintenance mode, in this time interval there will be service outages. We are making the upgrade to the new version of the OpenStack. We expected continuing tomorrow with this service outages.
          Sorry for the inconvenience.
          Spanish Support Team_"

          Dear Sirs,

          We've been unable to connect to one of our VPS instances on your cloud
          using the VM display feature. It either returns a "Failed to connect to
          server (code: 1006)" or the terminal shows up but does not receive any
          keystrokes. We cannot connect through an ssh client since we don't have
          a public IP for that server - we need it for another server.

          The server in question is running an Orion Object Broker template
          instance R4.4.

          Can you help?

          in order to enable us to take charge of your request, you have to send a new email to fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org , and not replying to previous emails relative to old issues. This is essential for creating a new ticket in our trouble ticketing system (in fact now your last request appears as a follow up to an old closed ticket).
          Furthermore, please, report the region you are using and your project ID in your request, so we can quickly address it to the proper support.
