      Description

      Hi:

I am still having this issue in one of my instances:

Several times the machine is crashing and if I connect through VNC I get the
attached screen (BUFFER I/O on device vda1)

What can I do? Should I make a snapshot?

      My data are:

      FIWARE-NODE: Spain

      PROJECT ID: ID 00000000000000000000000000005854

      INSTANCE-ID: 47095156-54ba-4505-bec5-4dfe61ae42d8

But now the problem is worse than before.

On Saturday, My instance got corrupted (a lot of Buffer I/O errors) and now
      it is in Error Status.

      Is the instance recoverable??

I have got an snapshopt. Should I terminate the instance with error and make
      a new one?

      Thanks and best regards

        Dear Víctor,

This is a different kind of problem. On Friday 16th you delete the image which the instance was created from (smwebservice2).

Now, the instance can't start since its base image is lost. I'm affraid that the instance won't be accesible again nor its data. Because there's no way to get the last state since there is no initial state: It was deleted 3 days ago.

We keep on working on it.

        Sorry for the inconveniences.
