Hi,
when I try to allocate a floating ip from the cloud dashboard I receive
this error:
{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable
of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}
The result is the same regardless the pool I choose (federation- or public-)
The username of the account is: giovanni@greenapes.com
The region: Trento

On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card/passport of the main user or responsible of the project.

Now I have a public IP (thanks Trento), but I still cannot use this.
When I try to associate it with an Instance I obtain this error:

can you give the name of the VM you want to associate the Floating IP?

Hi all,
The association error is due to the wrong internal choice during deploy
(user has been informed to choose int-node-int-02 during deploy).
Anyway, from a check we observed that the floating IP has been associated to the instance and reachable in ssh,
