The Berlin node discontinued operation by the end of September (last month). All FIWARE users have been notified about this change. The above mentioned users didn't replied to any of those notifications. Due to this fact, Berlin node is only supporting migration of instances to other nodes.
If the user needs its instances migrated to another node, he needs to reply asap to one of notifications which has been send to all affected users.

        Hi Berlin node,

please tell me exactly: does this mean that "Berlin2" will be no more available as well? So is the whole location discontinued or you've just migrated from Berlin to Berlin2?

Yes, the Berlin node, currently displayed as Berlin2 region in the FIWARE portal, will stop its operation soon. Therefore all remaining instances at Berlin2 region needs to be migrated to other FIWARE nodes.
