Errors installing and running the Identity Management - KeyRock Generic Enabler

Description:
When I installed the IDM I received some error messages:

I have asked the developers of IDM and they told me that there is no problem.
Still, I would like to know why these messages out, and how can be fixed.
The same error messages appear when I start the rails.

IDM works correctly.
