      Description

      Hello,
we are facing a lot of issues with Fiware cloud. We are in the Trento node.
We tried to launch instances for several days. None of them were
stable. It was at all impossible to work with them. Browsing the
support forum and chat we read that the Trento node could be highly
      unstable.
Is it possible to move our resources to a different (and more stable) node?

Our project is MUV (ID 00000000000000000000000000013586).

      Thanks in advance

        Hi,
Trento Node is stable. The control systems and internal checks confirm the stability of the node.
We've checked your deploy .Using both internal network is not the way to deploy your VM. You have to choose node-int-net-01 or node-int-net-02 and than associate a floating IP using the same net number of the internal. For example : node-int-net-02 -> public-ext-net-02.

If you need help we are available.

The user has been informed via mail.

        Regards
