FIWARE.Request.Lab.floating ip request.

          Description

          Dear all,

          my FIWARE lab account has been authorized and now I'm able to deploy a VM,
          unfortunately I’m unable to allocate a floating IP to my instance, and then
          to connect to it, because my Ip floating pool quota is 0.

          I need at least 1 floating IP to perform the tests for the project.

            is your project SaaSi-FI part of one ofo the FIWARE acceerate program?

            if yes you should send the email to your coach as well through the
            dedicated mail list.

            in the mean time we check the situation.

            On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card of the user or responsible of the project.
            Please contact us at: support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it to step forward with the procedure.
            We will contact the user to inform about the procedure.

            Hi all,

            The user has provided the details for the identity verification ( as notified in the FLUA request )
            and the floating IP has been released yesterday (23-09-2015).

            We think the ticket can be closed.
