our project quotas are:
Instances: 2
VCPU: 4
Memory: 4096 MB
We haven't got any instance active.
We need more resources, according with the default maximum quotas, and at least:
Instances: 3
VCPUs: 5
Total HD Storage: 100 GB
Memory: 10240 MB
