Good morning

I wrote ilknur.chulani@atos.net which he told me to send my request to your
email

I am writing because we have problems with fiware lab.

1) we can not create a container
Menu cloud storage submenu, when we try to create a container (click on
creating containers) we get this error:

– Error creating container . Cause: 504 Error

2) we can not create an instance blueprint
Menu cloud, submenus blueprint after creating a template we run
but we get an error:

– Status: ERROR
Error: Infrastructure error Error creating server: String index out
of range: -10

I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have contacted the right
person to solve these problems. Previously I tried to contact the person
node of Trento but had no answer to these problems.

Hi all,

1) The container (object storage) functionality is not available for Trento Node at the moment.
In the meanwhile the user can use/create volumes to attach to the instances.

2) Regarding the Blueprint, we are investigating about the problems. We are in contact with Spain node responsible people to fix the issue.
The blueprint functionality was operational few weeks ago.

User has been notified also by email.

Regarding the blueprint, the problems is that the VMs has no been deployed. I guess you should have a look at Openstack logs, to check what it is happening.

I have just created a blueprint template, and then launch an instance of this template.
In the template I just added in the Tier the following software:
*StreamOriented 4.4.2
*cep 3.2.0

The deploy terminated with success also the launch of the instance ( attached the screenshots of the result ).

Could you please retry and provide us feedback on how it goes.

I did the same way last week but i got error even before launching, so even in adding software in tier.

We asked Henar and Fernando for support, maybe they made any change on their side.
We didn't made any change on our node.
Anyway, the most important thing is that it seems to be working now

I will reply to all the tickets to retry and will see how it goes.
I dont know if commenting the jira ticket will generate an email to users,
so I think to also send them email for notification.
