Dear Marco,
actually using Karlskrona hub is not mandatory at all for us, I only
have to create a MiWi-POI image instance. I can choose from two regions
(signing in I have selected Trento): Karlskrona and Trento, but in
Karlskrona I got this error message, and in Trento I got error too
(different form the first one).

please send to us the error message got in Trento, so I'll forward the issue to the Trento support team.

Keep in mind that, in order to get a floating IP on Trento node, you should provide a copy of the identity card of the user or responsible of the project. The Trento team will provide you more details about how to step forward with the procedure.

Dear Marco,
where should I provide the copy of my identity card? When I try to allocate a new floating IP, the server returns me this error:
"Error: Error allocating IP address. Cause: 500 Error info".
I tried also to create a new base centos virtual machine: now I can connect with the VM display, but I am not aware of my login credential.

Dear Stefano,

On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card of the user or responsible of the project.You can forward it at : support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it .
We allocated a FloatingIP to your account (id - 5155194883a64fbba56e0c4ed055289e) and you provide the copy of your document as soon as you can. (details sent by mail)

Please be aware that you have default resources assigned to your project.

So if more resources needed you should ask for resource upgrade.
