Hi Veselin,
I took a look at your instance and all seems OK indeed, but I can still give a few advices :
· The Ubuntu image you used is not “cloud optimized”. That is why you cannot see log in the cloud portal. You can use another Ubuntu image which should be more cloud friendly : UbuntuCloud-14.04 / ID 1e2ad593-b201-4a44-8651-513596cbe85a. This image is managed by ourselves (Lannion2), unlike most of the other images, so we can confirm its cloud-friendly features.
· The orion-psb-image-R4.2 seems to not be cloud friendly too. This image is managed by a dedicated Fiware-lab Team, so we have to wait for a new delivery of this one to have a working log feature.
I cannot try to login as I don’t have the key, but it seems well provided and if you can now connect to them it seems there is no more problem.

It seams it work's now. I don't get it how .
I can connect to the Ubuntu machine via ssh with the same key and connect to Orion internally via ssh with same key too.
I can't reach the log via the web interface that is strange on the both too instances.
The instance ID are:
4cd53a6b-4f2d-4802-9443-e32218e512ab to Ubuntu
2b23c108-1dc9-41b2-92ff-ebd3d809e606 to Orion
you can look and test if you want, there is no data on it and is no problem if you destroy them.
We make experiments on own cloud too, based on Openstack Kilo and there was the problem with ssh but when I set MTU to 1400 everything is work there .
Please take a look and inform me if something in configuration is wrong.

According to the error message in your report ("server refused out key"), it seems your security group is well configured to accept TCP port 22, but can you check this too ?
Did you check the instance log through the cloud portal ? If ssh key is provided in a good way you can see it at the end of logs.
But you can just give us instance IDs and we will take a look at this.
