        Dear Henrik,
        you can find the steps to add members to your organization at the following link: https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account#How_can_authorize_other_users_to_use_my_cloud_resources.3F

        Only a Community Account can add basic/community users as members of the organization, therefore if you have a Community Account you should be able to do that.

        I was able to add him now, thanks. Now we’re having some more problems though, I want my colleague (the one just added to the team) to be able to use the cloud functionality in order to start up an instance, but he cannot access the cloud page even though he’s invited in my organization with cloud access. How can he get access to use the cloud?

        Dear Henrik,
        I saw that this morning you did a Community Account Upgrade request for the user oskar.sigvardsson@groplay.com . The associated ticket is assigned to the Stockholm node. The user should be able to access to the Cloud Portal as soon as the user activation process will be completed.
        However I have just forwarded your request to the Stockholm team: they will get back to you soon.

        Hi Roland,
        I think you have to process this ticket.
        Today the Gro Play project has requested a Community Account Upgrade and resources assignment (see FLUA-1535 and FLUA-1539) for the user oskar.sigvardsson@groplay.com on Stockholm node (not Berlin). The ticket HELP-3911 is related to the fact that as long as you don't complete the resources allocation as requested, the user won't be able to logon on Cloud Portal.
        Let me know if I'm wrong

        Hi, sorry for a late response.

        The Stockholm node will not be part of Xifi after September. Our resources will be disconnected and deleted from the cloud portal. I think it would be best to migrate to a new node. (To my knowledge Berlin will also will be discontinued after September.)
