      Description

      Dear Lab team,

      this mail to signal that the FI-STAR Catalogue is not reachable anymore by a
      week more or less.

      It is (should be) an application hosted in the SPAIN cloud node. The IP
      address was 130.206.83.40

      May I kindly ask you to let us to know which is the situation? Phase 3 SMEs
      and other entrepreneurs are asking to access it and further unavailability
      could affect their possibility to access the enablers and related
      documentations.

          Could you kindly provide a status update regarding this? The accelerator SMEs are getting quite frustrated with the FI-STAR catalogue being down for more than a week.

          Is there a way to prioritize this request?

          The situation after two days is the following, this VM is installed in the oldest Spain node we detected yesterday that the Host (physical server) hat a system power failure and the Red.es team need to send phisically someone to try to resolve the problem in this Host.

          Currently, the incidence still open and we have not received any notification about the resolution of the problems by Red.es

          Anyway, I suggest to translate this content, if it might be possible, to the new Spain node which gives you more security and support.

          While Spain node team and the Redhat.es is working on this issue, would it be feasible to migrate the fi-star catalogue app to the Spain2 node, to avoid problems like this in the future?

          We can finally recover the service in that host and the VM are going up again. We see that the corresponding VM of the FI-STAR catalogue is up&running again. Could you check your service now? If you say me ok, I can close the ticket.
