FIWARE.Request.Lab.Trento.Cloud portal not working.

      Description

      Hello,

      I would like to inform you that Cloud Portal hasn't been working properly
      for days now. For example, for my Ubuntu instance I have changed floating
      IP from one to another and the server remains active on the old,
      disassociated IP even after rebooting everything. Other steps and changes
      which I made also seem to be not really effective. As part of Fractals
      funded team with strict deadlines, I could really use some information on
      when these issues will be solved.

        Hello Manuel,

        we are using Trento node. I wrote an email to their team last week, because
        we need some additional resources but I got automatic replay that they are
        on vacation.
        If this is now a private correspondence, I can give you some more details
        about our resources.

        Well, I needed the input to discriminate whether it's a Lab or a Component issue.
        If they are on holidays, it'll be difficult for us to push forward the request.
        Anyway, I've assigned the issue to the GE owner.

        No, this is not a private channel.

        If any detail were needed either the Lab Administrator or the GE owner will come back to you.
        I'm adding the Lab support team as watcher to the the issue to bring it to their attention as well.

        I am almost sure that it is not about components since I have the same
        issue with Ubuntu and WStore. Cloud seems to be working fine and doesn't
        report any errors but the changes that I make don't seem to have any
        effect. GEs remain accessible from anywhere even when I disassociate
        floating IPs and reboot.

        My team has to deliver a functional prototype by the end of August and with
        situation as-is, our hands are tied so for us this issue makes the highest
        priority.
