      Description

      Hi,

I have been working with my instance for weeks without problems, but
didn't use it in the last few days.
Today I can't access it by SSH or by HTTP. Nothing has been changed in
the FI lab configuration or the instance.
I also can't ping the IP. Target host not reachable.

      Regards,

        Dear Artur,

I've seen you have private router. Your router was created before we patched our cloud installation some months ago because this kind of routers were known to cause connectivity problems.

In order to solve your problem with floating IPs in your router you should delete your router and create a new one.

You'll need to follow some steps:
        1. Disassociate all your floating IPs.
        2. Clear the router gateway.
        3. remove the network interfaces in the router.
        4. remove the router.
        5. Create one router again
        6. Add the gateway
        7. Add the interface to your network.

        Best regards,
        José Ignacio.

        Hello José,

thank you, that fixed the problem.
But I had trouble associating the IP. Only a reload of the FI Lab page
allowed me to select the network in the "Associate IP" window. Without a
reload there was no entry in that list.

        Best regards

        Artur
